Creator portraits for Youtube

I was invited to be a portrait artist at Youtube’s VidCon 2022 booth in the Creator Lounge. As an artist, I was tasked with painting various portraits of Youtube Creators who wanted to participate in the #CreatorCanvas wall. Creators would provide a photo of themselves and each artist would paint a portrait of that creator in 2 hours. The portrait would then be printed and put on the Creator Canvas wall.

The entire event was 4 days of drawing 5 portraits each day while working with a Creative Director from XX Artists, a marketing agency that works with Youtube. After each portrait was drawn, folks at the VidCon booth would print out the illustration live and hang it on the canvas. It was fun watching each illustration go up- I got to work with a bunch of wonderful artists for this event as well!
