BAYARD CAFE BAR

Bayard is a cafe bar in Athens that it took its name from the dog of "Alice in wonderland". The whole illustration was inspired by the novel by Lewis Carroll.

I tried to blend as much elements from the book as possible to create a storytelling experience in a mural painting. Bayard, crazy hatter, the red queen of hearts, the cheshire cat, castles, chess pieces, clocks, coffee beans and aromas, all combined in a doodling style drawing to give a chaotic feeling of going into the rabbithole.
