The Commonwealth Fund is a private foundation dedicated to promoting positive evidence-based health care system outcomes. The ACA Tracking Survey Minisite presents the results of their ongoing survey of public attitudes on a variety of issues surrounding ACA implementation, from ACA awareness to access/use and intention to enroll in the future.
