Personal Branding

Okay, Dribbble, I need your help. I've been putting off developing my personal branding for years, and the time has come. I'm playing with a few different ideas (make sure to click @2x for full size and see attachments for black & white). Are any standing out to you? Any suggestions? Colors aren't set in stone (or any of the words aside from my name), but this is where I'm at right now.

My mark tripped me up for a long time, but I've always liked Ed Emberley's advice about simplicity and breaking design down into 5 simple elements (point, line, circle, triangle, and square). I played around with combining those five elements until I came up with this. Coincidentally, it can also be read as a hashtag, and I'm a Twitter fanatic, so that was a happy accident.
