User Levels
Problem
Admins had no way to customize and measure their learners’ achievements in aggregated ways.
Previously, it was not clear what points were worth — Learners knew they were earning them, but unsure of the benefit.
Adding in customizable user levels, with customizable badges, names, and point thresholds, were designed to address both of these problems.
Results
With levels, points have a clear meaning and purpose. They provide a finish line and a goal to aim towards at every stage of the learner experience.
Learner engagement went up and admins were thrilled with the ability to easily use levels to boost engagement.
