Get Help
One of our North Stars at Power Supply is helping people, and for our customers that means having help that's accessible no matter where you are.
In our previous site, Help was tucked away on the contact page, hidden below clunky sub-navigation. We listed lots of options, so customers weren't sure which they should go with, and we'd get people calling, emailing, and reaching out on social media.
To solve this problem, we decided to try a "Get Help" button that's visible on *every* page of the site. When you click on it, it gives you the two best ways to contact us, with a recommendation on which to stick with.
