Project Overview

A mobile app solution to help office workers improve their health and reduce pain and discomfort from sedentary workplace behaviours. This project included user research, user flow design, wireframing, prototyping and hi-fidelity designs.

The Problem

Office workers are can be guilty of long stints sitting/standing at a desk which, over time, can ultimately lead to physical problems.

The opportunity was to come up with a mobile app solution that can motivate users to develop better workplace habits through convenient, relevant, time targeted exercises.
