Urchin Audio Company Logo

Logo I made for a fictional company called “Urchin Audio Company”, which focuses on the invention, production and selling of tiny, portable and wireless speakers. 

Thought process behind the logo:

• The sides of the logo are made up out of dotted lines which move in the same way a sine wave does. The pure tone and absence of distortion these waves are known for, refer to the clear sound produced by the speakers made by Urchin Audio Company.

• The top part of the logo is made up out of concentric dotted lines, referring to speaker grills placed on top of speaker boxes in order to properly diffuse the sound.

• The logo could also be a depiction of Urchin’s core product, since it would be possible to create little speakers that look exactly like the logo
