Squiggly Pink Plaid

I've been playing around with pattern design in Illustrator, and this squiggly little plaid pattern popped into my head. It took a few iterations to get the look down, and then some finagling to get the seamless pattern to work.

I had some trouble with the secondary light-pink overlay having some distortion at the seams, but scaling it up seemed to clear the problem. It's never as easy as it looks in your head, is it?
