Research and Requirements

Conducted founder interviews to understand what we're building. Collaborated with the team to ask questions, understand key value offerings and conduct competitor research. Implementing the supply chain based on the block chain is still fairly new and needs to be slowly introduced to the audience before using jargon on the platform itself and so we minimalized the use of technical terms.

User Journeys

Converting collected requirements into shortlisted features and then designing user journeys based on those features helps visualize the platform from a birds eye view. This not only helps us as designers but also the stakeholders to identify loopholes and missing features that may have been previously missed out.
