"job-based employment" and "Membership-based employment"

Recently I often hear "job-based employment" and "Membership-based employment" that is job style in Japan. It is called that we must change to "job-based" from "Membership-based". "Job-based" is need job description. On the other hand, "Membership-based" don't decide it.

Designer's work style is job-based from the start. Our job is clear.I think that designers job go to need next stage. There are problem that designers job is difficult to understand by non-designers. Because it is difficult to write job description.

Designers next step is "creative-based employment". We must find job not to be written job description. Let's find new area. There are new space of make use designer.
