I am thrilled to present the latest case study - Yummy POS redesign.

Point-of-sale (POS) systems are a critical part of any restaurant business. They allow restaurant owners to track sales, manage inventory, manage tables and run reports.
 A good restaurant POS system can make a big difference to a restaurant’s bottom line.

The project goal was to analyze the pain points that current users are facing, concurrently trying to find the best solutions with the minimum of application architecture changes.
