BACKGROUND

Arlington Residential are an independent estate agent in Central and North West London. Arlington brought us specific requirements; they wanted a responsive, mobile compatible website that would encompass comprehensive search facilities and allow access to property portals including Zoopa, On the Market and Rightmove.

THE PROBLEM

The existing website was not performing, its low-tech design meant it was non-responsive on all platforms and difficult to access on mobile devices. The site was also sadly lacking in comprehensive search facilities such as in-depth filtering and results sorting. Their digital strategy was leaving them behind. In short, when prospective clients did find the Arlington website, they were turned off by its slow performance and unwieldy lack of usability.

THE RESULT
