Papaya Illustration

My goal was to study light, texture, color, and simplicity. I wanted this piece to have a dynamic, tactile energy. While done on a digital canvas, I used traditional layering techniques, color theory, and gritty brushes to achieve a painted feel. This was created in Procreate.
