Recently, we created Socialitics - a platform for monitoring engagement in social media campaigns.

About

Socialitics is a tool that helps track advertising campaigns. The platform allows businesses to reach more audiences, making their campaigns more likely to succeed.

The challenge

We had to build a business platform that shows users statistics of their current campaigns. Logged-in business users can overview all campaigns and channels used. 

However, people directly responsible for running campaigns only have access to a data pool limited to projects they are directly involved in.

The solution

We designed the dashboard with visual clarity and intuitiveness in mind. Users can access more data and information by simply hovering over any visual indicator – now, they don't have to come face to face with disorganized clutter on their screen.

Socialitics dashboard comprises two distinct parts. The first part of the dashboard was designed with simplicity in mind. The user can view overall metrics of all selected campaigns – which includes information on top-ranking campaigns, channels, posts, and campaign runners. The second part gives the user more flexibility in how and what information is displayed – the user can filter data, compare up to 3 different campaigns, and access detailed data visualization methods like heatmaps or timelines.

Services provided

We designed and developed the user interface, as well as created a prototype to test the product with real users.
