Hangry App QR Scanner - In-App Instruction

Hi Everyone,

A few months ago, I handled a project about QR scanner on Hangry app. There were a lot of complaints reported from the Customer Experience (CX) team.

There are some possibilities that cause this QR code to be difficult to scan, but not limited to:

• Printers quality

• Users’ phone camera quality

• The QR Code density

After conducting research and validating our hypotheses, we finally decided to provide in-app instruction to help those who have problem in scanning their QR code.

The outcome: We finally reduced users' complaints by 54%
