Shady Fairy [COMMISSION]

I was commissioned to design some fantasy characters for a board game. This is the Fairy.

My task was to design a fairy, but make it somehow original, with a lot of character and a bit of a comedic touch. Also, I had to incorporate fairy dust into the artwork. The solution was fairly obvious to me. Meet the Dealer Fairy.
