Daniel Oldham (Oldham Construction Lawyers) and David Fairweather (Fairweather Legal) have both been troubled by excessive workloads and thus being way too busy to be able to take on more and bigger clients and thus not being able to grow individually.
Recently, David had a partner leave the company so found it an ideal time to reach out to Daniel and suggest a merger.
David and Daniel have very similar clientele and have also been friends for a very long time. As they had previously expressed the idea of being one firm, this opportunity made a whole lot of sense.
