Day in the life of Dr. Ben Before getting started at the clinic, Dr. Ben usually checks out the appointments for the day, in order to estimate how much time he needs to spend in this clinic. Along with that he also wants to get a sense of the quality of treatment through the feedback from patients and overall patient turnover. If there is any down time, he prefers following up with patients as he observed no-shows for follow-ups so he wants to take a deliberate step in providing additional care for his patients.
