A tasteful collaboration with Food Science Writer, Krish Ashok (@_masalalab). In this project, we explore the flavour profile of an Onam Sadhya across the dimensions of taste, aroma, texture and nutrient diversity and it also includes a short algorithm for making each of the dishes in the Sadhya.
