Our Songlines - Checkout Flow

Checkout is one of the most important flows in any store: it has to be intuitive and offer easy navigation to ensure that the user has a great purchasing experience.

We opted to divide this process into three steps: 1. Order Summary; 2. Billing and Delivery Information; 3. Order Confirmation. Continue reading for a summary of each step.

1. Order Summary: detailed information about all added products, their prices and fees. The user can review and edit their order before moving forward to the next step.

2. Billing and Delivery Information: where the user fills out payment and delivery information. At this point, users can still return to the cart and quickly overview all of the order's details.

3. Order Confirmation: success message with an illustration that is aligned with the Our Songlines branding.
