The brief was to create a brand-new dashboard and customer digital onboarding, taking into consideration all integrations with multiple systems externally and internally. 

My role: 

1: To design a new Dashboard, onboarding, virtual debit card flow, and login screens. 

2: Re-skin 600+ screens to cover all scenarios.

3: Collaborating with the development team. 

4: Testing and evaluating the UI and raising observations and collaborating with the development team to fix them.

Challenges: 

1: A very tight deadline

2: Due to the project timeline, and lack of staff, I had to handle all UI-related tasks for this project.

Solutions: 

Created component-based UI, I’ve spent the first 30% of the allocated timeline creating unique components, divided the work by drops, and divided my daily hours by the number of screens to be completed.

Results: 

Successfully met all deadlines. 

The project launched successfully within the given timeline. 

meem Bank jumped to 4th nationwide in the easiness of the digital customer onboarding process.
