On the second screen, users can check their daily workouts. Can maintain track of it, and check their burned calories. Users can select new exercises to present the inbuilt categories page. Get notified of different programs online to learn new things.
On the third screen, users can set their diet plan. Food suggestions will appear accordingly as per breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. As we can see there was a Cobb salad on the left, we can get information like how many calories in specific ingredients. Users can add them to their favorites. Can also schedule food for the future. There will also be a discover page, so users can check food items in a short period.
