Hair was done with the help of @tutsbykai s tutorial "Simple Toon Cloud Tutorial in Blender 2.0 Eevee"

The luminescent jellyfish material was achieved with the help of "Realistic Glass Shader in Blender Eevee (Tutorial)" by Ryan King Art and "Blender - Stylized Emission Shader (Blender 2.8)" by @ducky3d
