PS4 In-Game Social Wireframe

I find it annoying when I want to access my friends list or party chats I have to suspend my game and go back out to the dashboard -- then on top of that take couple clicks to get to those functions.

I had an idea to bring in a side widget that allows you see your party or messages without going out of the game. The actual game would size down (to make room for the widget) but keep its aspect ratio.
