Black in Mayberry - Main Illustration

The project was done for Black in Mayberry, an organization against racism through the arts.

They needed the main illustration for its website, with a strong concept and identity.

The concept chosen was the three pillars of the organization (arts; activism; artivism) transformed into three main characters in composition, with the artivist as the significant subject in the scene.

The illustration is the representation of the two opposite sides, the left side (arts, nature, love, peace); the right side (violence, urban environment, and negative aspects of racism), all together to tell a significant story and the identity of the brand.
