TripSunnah is a startup travel company looking to provide the non-IATA travel agency with a b2b stress-free booking system.

The goal is to use great design as a source of competitive advantage over more significant but also much more bureaucratic travel agencies. TripSunnah would have a better design that will help to grab market share.

Research

The research stage involved gathering information about competitors and users. Also learning research techniques like interviews, creating surveys, executing usability tests, and practicing note-taking.
