Say Gay All Day

The don’t say gay bill went into effect July 1st so just wanted to say FU FL for your latest contribution to the rewind of progress. Censoring someone’s very existence is not a new concept but it is a fucking disgusting one. I’m sad for the queer kids in those classrooms who will think they have to hide who they are just to get by and the teachers who have to decide between standing up for what’s right and keeping their jobs. It’s been like 2 seconds since this country’s last failure and yet here we are again causing irreversible damage to folks who deserve better. It’s become clear to me that autonomy is crucial to a harmonious world and we’ll always have to fight for it.
