Responsible for the end to end design of the new Argenta mobile banking app as part of an Agile team, working closely with product management, the scrum master and other developers.

Responsibilities

Being responsible for all things UX, I advocated for the user throughout the design process as I:

• Conducted user research (including interviews and surveys)

• Developed personas, epic user stories and user flows

• Presented research insights to the team

• Created designs through wireframes, mockups and prototypes

• Conducted usability testing and iterated on designs

As part of an Agile team, I actively participated in:

• Daily scrum meetings

• Backlog planning/prioritization

• Design Sprints

• Crit Sessions

• Post sprint Washups

• Designing post launch feature updates
