Pusher: A web3 notification system

One missing piece in web3 infrastructure is that wallet addresses do not receive alerts from any activities happening on-chain. This is why i came up with the design of a notification system that users can opt-in with a public address and signature. They would also be able to tie it together with their Discord or Email for when certain states/events on-chain occur.
