404 / Error Page

404 error page concept.

The page was designed keeping the following goals in mind:

1) To inform the user that there's been an error with the page that is currently trying to access.

2) To explain why the error may have happened.

3) To provide courses of action to keep the user navigating through the website (options in the header, "Go Back" & "Go to Home Page").

4) To provide an option to take action about the error (to report it to the Customer Support Team via the "Contact Support" button).

5) To spark a little bit of joy in the user with a cool and simple but also relevant illustration.
