Space Images - Mobile Favourites

This is a UI design exercise to test out components from a Design System I’m building for practice. 

The first screen displays the empty state for favourite images. Notice the back arrow’s down state is demonstrated. Next is an article screen for one of the images. Here a toast pop up affirms the user has just favourited the image. Within the toast element, a timer indicates when the element will disappear if not acted on. This is an example of providing visibility of the system status, a core principle of good usability. Finally returning to the favourites screen, the newly favourited image is now displayed.
