I collaborated on this app design to solve a niche problem within the construction sector in Argentina. There are a lot of contractors that can work from 1 hour to the whole duration of the construction job. This made it especially difficult for administration to keep track of the staff in an organized and efficient way. The main features include a quick 3 step registration flow for new employees with just a phone. With the use of document scan and facial recognition upon registration, the employee can start working in less than 5 minutes. At the same time, administration can keep track of all new employees and their timesheets remotely, with no hassle.
