User Interview

Upon conducting a series of five interviews, I was able to identify the pain points to be centered around efficiency and trust. I then developed process within the application that are both efficient for Users to view, communicate, and determine time, location, and more between their dog and the walkers.

Wireframes

Based on research I was able to conduct from studying other applications, and user interviews. I drafted a series of easily accessible and effective wireframes that were responsive to the user's needs.

The Solution

Dogs are primary members of families. Users want services that are efficient, trustworthy, and deliver reliability to them consistently. We provided a model that is responsive to the needs of users. I created a user flow that also was responsive and considerate of all these needs throughout the application as well.

Visual Design

I called my app Wallie out of inspiration for walkers and their family models. I soon developed a mood board. I chose a bold, business, playful color palette. Signifying care and consistency like the modern taxi for dogs.

High Fidelity Prototype

After many configurations, conducting a usability study, and more I was able to create a high-fidelity prototype. I was satisfied with the outcome from users, and plan to keep reiterating this prototype for users in the future.
