Arches National Park

Bandana design for Oso Supply co., a startup company specializing in gear for hiking, camping, climbing, and other outdoor adventures, catering to enthusiasts and nature lovers.

The client envisioned a design inspired by Arches National Park.

I came up with a simple, but intricate, desert-themed design, focused on an emblem featuring the “Delicate Arch”. Other elements include scorpions, snakes, cacti, cattle skulls, the sun, and the moon, as well as simple flourishes.

The color palette is bivariate and based around red/burnt orange and a warm tan. The type is a simple, hand-drawn sans serif that naturally fits into the design.
