Schedule - pick a time

Responsive version for previous shot. Was challenging to transform move the table on mobile, so I went with a dropdown. Might make some changes later on, but so far it's the best version we got. Once a user selects a time slot, the have to confirm and receive all the details by email (the first & last name, email and phone number are already known so we don't require a second step).
