Client brief 💼

The client wants to create an online web application that allows individuals to visualize their ideas. He wants to create an interactive application that can assist individuals in brainstorming or mind mapping. The app should be simple & nicely designed so that people of various profession can be quickly onboarded and they can use it easily.

What is Food service Kiosk?

In an effort to streamline the process of taking food orders, some restaurants install self-service kiosks. Customers can follow interactive prompts to select their meal and customize their order. The kiosks usually accept credit or debit cards, eliminating the need for a human cashier. When restaurants use kiosks, the need for counter personnel is reduced, lowering payroll costs for the company.

Business Goal

• Reduce the time required for taking food orders

• Eliminate the need for a human cashier. Ultimately lowering payroll costs for the company.

• Customers can follow interactive prompts to select their meal and customize their order.

User Goal

• Frictionless navigation through food items & categories

• Easily order and customize ( quantity or packaging) their order.

• Secure & quick payment mode.

Our Role

We designed the Kiosk screen, based on the ocean theme which is visually appealing and interactive. We focused to align User and business goals to make a well communicated design, ultimately leads to high user conversion rate.
