I was hired to lead the research and design of a new platform for Sony Pictures to manage the end-to-end development of television programming.

Research, Wireframes, Design

Throughout the project we engaged end users early and often. I led a large-scale research program interviewing different organizations. We then moved on to wireframes and prototypes to validate concepts. Then evolved into more robust visual design.
