All-in-one SaaS gyms networks management system. That contains everything and for everyone involved in sport business from clubs employees and it’s customers. The project took nearly 2 years to make and consists of many key modules, such as Front-desk reception, Booking module, Fully featured CRM systems with automated campaigns, Membership packages and many more.

Discovery

Given a task to make a project this size I stumbled upon many various problems. The most important of them is how you structurize everything. We went through a lot of discussion with customer and visualized a project structure consisting of every module and feature of it. Even down to the smallest details, which gave an opportunity for Business Analyst to write extensive documentation.

Designing

Obviously with project of this size, you can’t afford to sit and wait for documentation to be fully written before starting wireframing and designing so the project was split into Sprints and we began making first modules and continued doing so until the first version was done.

UI Kit

In parallel with designing a UI Kit was being made that consisted of every component that is reusable in the project that it made designing new modules fast and consistent with the rest of the application.
