Logo Concept for a western bar & grill that serves American-style food to

North Dakota locals & tourists in the country’s #1 tourist destination, Medora, located in the Badlands with some of the most rugged terrains in the US.

The client envisioned a logo that encapsulates the feel of this little ranching

town. It had to be something homey and recognisable to resonate with both

the local families, cowboys, hikers, and bikers, as well as tourists of all ages. 

I created a classic, mature design, that features Cowboy boots placed around

a flame – the symbol of energy and enthusiasm. The overall feel is vintage, enhanced by the memorable western font and a red & black color scheme.
