SPA App: Seamless mobile experience with on-demand booking
Failure of the Spa Complex to attract enough customers with low engagement rate provoked the need to undertake UX Audit. Through the heuristic evaluation of the website's mobile version the elements that confuse users, work improperly, look outdated, or are not engaging enough were identified.
Goals:
1. Build an online appointment system and simplify the booking system with an option to manage the appointments afterwards.
2. Improve Information Architecture to help the users explore and book the services seamelessly.
