Mobile app for POS machines makes life easier

Turkey's first mobile POS solution with NFC payment. With its M-POS solution, Multinet UP has transformed NFC supported mobile phones in the workplaces into mobile POS devices that can receive payments very quickly either with NFC contact or with QR.

Overview

After purchasing an item, consumers in Turkey generally have a hard time in keeping track of their warranties and relative service rights.

The need to store and find these documents in case an issue arises with the product causes difficulties for the consumers. Additionally, finding the correct information online can be very time consuming and problematic as well.

APPROACH

Reduce Payments Queues of Restaurants

The target audience is the Restaurants in Turkey that have difficulties in getting paid, especially due to the instantaneous rush hour. Usually these restaurants are located in nearby the offices of White Collars and for workers to have launch.

Since MultiPOS is a product of Multinet, we couldn’t get out of the codes that designated by Multinet Up. So we had to use Montserrat family they determined. Montserrat gives MultiPOS a corporative vibe.

Colors

We couldn’t get out of Multinet Up's color scale. The first revealed product MultiPay was completely in different colors. Since MultiPOS is seen as a secondary product, we choose Multinet’s green color with differentiating it by following the colors we opted for in the corporate identity. We wanted to use this green color in all interfaces.

Animations

Receiving payment is the critical user flow in the mobile app. It should be understandable from both side which are merchants and employee's. So that after merchant choose the payment methods, we teach employee & merchant how to pay via MultiPOS.

Mobile App

We created a wireframe based on the functions that we designated with MultiPOS team. We got the prototypes verified by submitting them to the customer. In order to create the first MVP we delivered the designs to the software team by transferring the color decisions form wireframe to user interfaces.

And also we submitted to the customer that how logo variations will be used in minimum, how to use max spaces around dimensions as an e-book form by documenting them.
