Entelo is a recruitment platform reinventing sourcing, engaging, and hiring qualified talent. Trusted by the likes of Netflix, The New York Times, and Xero, they are transforming the way enterprises accelerate talent acquisition, by putting diversity and inclusion at its heart.

We worked with the Entelo team to develop their rebranding, logo, and visual identity design. Previously, the brand was pretty straightforward and embraced cool tones. Nothing was standing them apart from the rest of the hiring industry. They requested something bold, that would make them easily recognizable and strengthen their brand. As diversity and inclusion were key to their organization, we needed to make them central to our work as well. 

To express connection, diversity, and inclusion, we used the concept of colorful circles and lines to showcase integrations and how all people can be united—helping talent get their dream job, and helping recruiters find the perfect candidate for the job.

We developed a bold and daring identity that would help the Entelo brand stand out and be used across various collateral. The identity is designed to reflect diversity, inclusion, and the lively spirit of talents. The bright color palette ensures the brand stands out on a dark background. The patterns are almost never perfectly aligned, floating around on the canvas.

We also worked on a few bright banners and social media assets. Here's a look at some advertising design examples as a part of brand identity.

Entelo - Talent Brand

Our Talent brand was created for Entelo’s first live recruiting event after the pandemic. The purpose here was to spotlight new talents looking for better opportunities. The design of the logo is composed of the icon and the wordmark, which can be applied in different lockups. Here we can find it displayed on the event’s tote bag and welcoming wall.
