Website and branding for E-learning Web Application

Avatao is a secure coding training platform that made its mission to help developers write vulnerability-free code. The idea is to deliver the right knowledge to the right people at the right time. The platform and its content are adapting quickly to meet the needs of a new era of cybersecurity.

Guided by mood boards, my team and I iterated broadly and played with typography, graphic elements, colors, and shapes to ground the mark. The brand color palette focuses on modernity and sophistication. We chose the brand colors based on the universal human experience that the use of color in design can affect the emotions and moods of the people viewing the palette. Blue makes the majority of people feel safe and relaxed, it evokes trust too. Dark blue gives a professional feel to the interface. To complement this choice, we paired it with a bright green color that is easy on the eyes and depicts growth and security.

Typography

Lato - is a humanist sans-serif typeface designed by Łukasz Dziedzic and was released in 2015. The semi-rounded details of the letters give Lato a feeling of warmth, while the strong structure provides stability and seriousness.

Open sans - is a humanist sans serif typeface designed by Steve Matteson. Open Sans was designed with an upright stress, open forms, and a neutral, yet friendly appearance. It was optimized for print, web, and mobile interfaces, and has excellent legibility characteristics in its letterforms.
