Supply management is one of the worst chore for chefs and restaurant managers. They just hate it. You can't afford missing one product or your tomato being damaged. And it happens all the time.

This is an exploration to try to make B2B produces purchase less formal and more appealing, to make it less painful for them, a reminder of why they do it: for the love of good produces.
