My Pet Dragon

Imagine if real dragons existed and they could stay small to fit in the palm of your hand! This is what I'd like my pet dragon to look like.

The challenging part was painting the body. The horns were done with a paintbrush in photoshop and painted in using different shades of white and brown. The scales were hand-drawn on the body and face by just making oval-like shapes with a hard brush in photoshop as well.

As for the final product, I decided to animate smoke coming out of it's nose using the timeline in photoshop.
