Mini Project - Coverbot

The assignment for this project was to design some screens for a new digital product. Thinking about healthcare, I realized I have never found it easy to figure out my health insurance benefits. I ran a poll on Instagram and found that 92% of my participants also found it difficult and/or confusing to figure out their health insurance benefits. Based on this information, I designed some screens for an app that aims to help people figure out their health insurance coverage via a voice-interactive chatbot.
