City of Chilliwack - Design Exercise

A 45 min morning exercise for a wild, whack, city website.I've spent a lot of my career creating municipal websites which for very obvious reasons need to be spot on when it comes to accessibility and UX, which can often lead to crazy visual design taking a back seat. With this one I just wanted to ignore any notion of accessibility and good ux and just do something weird.
