FK Monogram, round two

Thanks for the progressive feedback in round one. I do like the contrast between the letters and the sprout, I also want the mark to emphasize the growth message of the brand so maybe it does need to attach itself to the letters (soil); some thought it looked good without the sprout but that would throw the branding off for me. Thoughts?
