Bedrekommune
Bedrekommune is a tool for measuring service quality, and user and employee satisfaction. With Bedrekommune you can choose from 30 surveys with accompanying professional guidelines prepared by KF. The web portal contains surveys on many of the services the municipality is obliged to offer its inhabitants, such as daycare centers, health stations, home services and etc. Municipalities can choose whether the respondents should answer online or via paper forms. With Bedrekommune you get the opportunity to compare the survey results with other municipalities to make better decisions.

In the users module admins can filter users from the given criteria and sort the users from the given option. Also they can change the user's roles as well.
Once a user logged into the application they will be directed to the home page. Here they can see summary details of the current active surveys, their surveys by statuses and the planned surveys for the year.
